Hey, I’m Geni. Thank you for being here!
A lot of what inspires me to create comes from the things that give my life meaning: time spent in nature, exploring new places, meaningful interactions with others, and the ordinary moments that become quietly beautiful. I’m drawn to color, movement, and organic shapes that show up in both our natural and manmade world.
Making art has been one of the ways I process, remember, and communicate to the world around me for as long as I can remember. Today, I spend my time both as a therapist and an artist, and I’m fascinated by the ways creativity and mental health intersect-- how making things can help us reflect, cope, and understand ourselves more deeply, alongside the science of psychology and biology.
This space is where I can share my journey as an artist. I love working across different mediums, subjects, sizes, and colors, letting curiosity lead the process. Some pieces end up bold and textured, others softer and more minimal — but each one holds a small piece of my perspective and experience.
Thanks again for being here and following along as my artistic voice continues to grow. 🤍
